01 — Services

Three disciplines.
One team.

End-to-end web development, online course design, and operations management from a single Halifax-based team — so you don't have to coordinate three vendors, four contracts, and an unpredictable timeline.

02 — Process

A short path
from idea to live.

We keep the loop tight. Most engagements move from kickoff to first deliverable in under two weeks.

  1. 01

    Discover

A working session to understand your audience, constraints, and what success looks like in 90 days.

  2. 02

    Design

Information architecture, flows, and visuals — reviewed against the goals from step one, not against taste.

  3. 03

    Build

Engineering in short, reviewable cycles. You see progress every week, not just at the end.

  4. 04

    Operate

Once live, we maintain, measure, and iterate. Launches are checkpoints, not endings.

Why SOITSol

Going alone vs.
going with us.

The difference between five contractors and one accountable team shows up everywhere — in your calendar, your invoices, and the work itself.

Going alone
  • Three vendors, three contracts, three invoices.
  • Brief each freelancer from scratch every time.
  • Designer, dev, and PM finger-point at handoff.
  • Vendors disappear after launch.
  • Estimates slip because scope is fuzzy.
With SOITSol
  • One team, one contract, one point of contact.
  • Shared context across design, dev, and ops.
  • Same team owns the handoff — and the result.
  • Maintenance and iteration baked into the engagement.
  • Honest scope, weekly check-ins, no surprises.
03 — Why SOITSol

Built for clients tired
of juggling freelancers.

→ 01

One point of contact

No threads to chase, no kickoffs to repeat. One conversation owns the whole engagement from scope to ship.

→ 02

Senior practitioners

Every brief is handled by people who've shipped real work before, not handed off to whoever's available.

→ 03

Honest timelines

We tell you what's hard, what's quick, and what's not worth doing. Estimates hold because scope is real.

→ 04

Maintenance included

Most agencies disappear at launch. We stick around — because what we ship is the start, not the deliverable.

Client results

What it's like
to work with us.

We keep our client list small and our standards high. Here's what a few of them had to say.

4.9 / 5 average across 30+ projects
Working with one team for the website and the course was the whole point — nothing fell through the cracks and we launched two weeks early.
Jordan M. Founder · Online Education
They rebuilt our site and our signups more than doubled. Fast, communicative, and genuinely invested in the result — not just the deliverable.
Alex R. Head of Growth · SaaS
Having them manage operations meant I could focus on my clients while everything behind the scenes just ran. Worth every penny.
Priya K. Coach · Community Owner
05 — FAQ

Common questions,
honest answers.

  • How do you scope a project?

A free 30-minute call to understand goals and constraints, followed by a written scope with milestones, timeline, and a fixed price for the discovery phase. You decide whether to continue from there.

  • What's the typical timeline?

A marketing site lands in 3–5 weeks. A web app or course, 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We share a weekly demo throughout — you see progress, not just promises.

  • Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Most engagements roll into a monthly retainer covering hosting, content updates, monitoring, and small iterations. We don't disappear at launch.

  • What if we already have an in-house team?

We work alongside in-house teams often — handling specialist work like course design or short-burst engineering. We're a complement, not a replacement.

  • Where are you based and do you work remotely?

Halifax, Nova Scotia. We work with clients across North America and Europe. Most of the engagement happens over written updates and weekly video calls.

  • How do you handle pricing?

Fixed-price for discovery and clearly-scoped projects. Time-and-materials for open-ended retainers. No hourly billing, no surprise change-orders.
